CHALLENGE
Being able to track player performance in different scenarios.
SOLUTION
Development of a GPS portable device, WIMU, that can be worn by players in order to extract data. The device can track performance of each individual player, offering exact data on their performance.
COLLABORATION WITH FC BARCELONA
FC Barcelona and Realtrack started collaborating so Barça teams could wear the WIMU GPS device and use the extracted data. FC Barcelona coaching team had a weekly meeting to discuss the data extracted from WIMU and create KPIs reports which could be used by Realtrack to improve design and get better and more useful results.
